So the kids had been earning money all summer to go to Lagoon by doing chores. They were looking forward to it all summer! We went the second week in August. It couldn't have been more fun! I wish I could do that day all over again, the exact same way! McBrides' kids are all the same age as our kids, minus Brielle. Aunt Jenn was kind enough to watch Brielle for the day. We had a blast! We got there when it opened. There was hardly any people. We walked up to virtually every ride except the stinkin kid boat ride. It was worth every penny to watch Corey's pure enjoyment and excitement that didn't stop all day. He would hop skip and jump all at the same time from ride to ride. On the rides he was all grins and laughs and would start to cry when it was time to get off until we told him he could go ride a new one. Even the ones that he barely made the height requirement, that even gave me the butterflies, he would just giggle which made me giggle. It was fun with the McBrides and to watch our kids pair up and go on rides together.

By far Corey's most favorite ride where he would giggle the entire time:

Brett and I were the cool adults who took the kids on rattlesnake rapids, twice! We walked right up and the kids wanted to get right back on. We all go drenched but it was worth it! Even Corey loved getting soaking wet!
