Elder Call

Elder Call is in the Philippines and is doing really well. Some interesting notes: He sleeps with a friend spider.  Which says a lot...my brother hates spiders!  He said one time he was showering and this HUGE (bigger than fist size) spider started strolling along his shower...he said he screamed like a girl :)  He fasts every week for more people to come to church and this is the highest attendance they have ever seen in sacrament meeting for this area.  He walked along choral to get to an island where someone lived. Another time he was teaching this lady and looked at the floor boards and through the slats saw a star fish.  He speaks waray waray and is learning cebuano.  He loves his mission.  He is a solid kid and I know is a solid missionary!  We love him and sure look up to his example!

This is his island where he lives in Guinan.  I googled it and found where he is living.  He's not far from the ocean...I believe about a mile away.  It is so green there and he brags about walking along the beach, playing the guitar and eating shakes at resorts.  And yes...he is obeying all the rules!
