July: 4th of July! Larsens are in town, family pictures on the 4th, mom at Girls camp, Willard Bay camping and swimming, Bear Lake with Strawn's and Latimers

Fence posts are in and a wall is in!

Meeting Diego and Shana's new baby Iker

getting ready to pour concrete

Seriously impressed! The concrete truck turned completely around in our backyard.  He was an excellent driver!

When mom's at Young Women's camp they: watch movies in daddy's office, work at the neighbors, play raquetball, and eat at Buffalo Wild Wings.

We went with the Call family to Willard Bay Camping.  It was so much fun! The water was warm and the kayaks were a huge hit.  Brielle finally felt confident (almost too confident) and was kayaing all over.  She rocked it! Then Casey was playing around on the kayaks and we thought his paddle had floated away.  We searched everywhere and couldn't find it.  So finally Peter started diving down in a grid pattern and low and behold it had sunk and he found it! We couldn't believe it!!!

4th of July Peter and Jeremy took the kids on a bathroom and pizza run...their car ride full of kids looked like a lot of fun!

We took family pictures the same day as the Logan Fireworks...here are a few shots from Peter's phone:

We also went camping to Bear Lake with the Strawns and Latimers.  We stayed at a grassy yard with a firepit and swingset. We went on a drive and hike to Bloomington Lake and then played at the beach all the next day.

We went and played one afternoon at the Clark's redneck waterslide. The kids had a blast! I went with Brielle for quite awhile then I told her it was time to try it by herself.  She cried as I pushed her down the slide but when she got off she was so happy and ran up to do it again!

A final party at the Larsen's grandparents before they took off back to Oregon the next day.

There was a water break underground in front of McBrides.  The city came to dig it up to fix it and they hit the gas line.  So they had to shut down everyone's gas and electricity.  You could smell it soooo bad.  It was a dangerous situation for awhile.  There was a lot of water issues this year with our subdivision.  From flooding, to mulitple water breaks, and times without water in the home.  It was interesting!

Nicki took Steph and I on a horseback ride early one morning at her parents place.  It was so nice and relaxing!

We went to Bear Lake for a second time (we went to Bear Lake I think 4 times this summer!) with the Allreds and Brandts.  We stayed at a private beach on the East side.  It was a blast.  The water was right there at our camp site (the water was at an all time high for Bear Lake).  We brought our trailers and had a great time! The kids had a blast playing on the lily pad, kayaks, fishing, and digging for fossils.

us girls stayed up late one night talking

We went to Bear Lake again with Stacy and my mom and Justin and Elysa.  No one bothered to check the weather.  It was freezing! and rainy! and thundering! We tried our best to play in it for a bit but we called it an early day and left.  We spent a lot of time at the beginning in our cars!

Family Pictures
Girls Camp this year was up in Morgan.  It was so much fun! I went with Becca a day early for Laurel Retreat.  I was gone from Tuesday or Wednesday through Saturday.

Us leaders have WAAAY too much fun together!

Camping at Willard.  Everyone was crammed in the trailer escaping the heat.

We made Great Grandma Call a birthday cake and went and celebrated with her.

Back to Willard
